Yui ("the App") is a mobile application designed to transform your photos and videos into stunning time-slice narratives. The App enables users to automatically slice and arrange multiple images chronologically to create visual stories that capture time's passage—from sunsets to cityscapes. Yui is provided on a free-to-use basis with optional in-app features supported by a coin-based system, and no account registration or login is required to access the core functionality of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using Yui, you agree to be bound by these User Agreement terms ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including those who use the App to create, edit, save, or share time-slice narratives, extract keyframes from videos, or use any other features provided by Yui.
Yui grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:
You acknowledge that all content you create using Yui remains your property, and Yui does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. However, you grant Yui a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services (e.g., generating time-slice narratives, processing images and videos).
Yui features a coin-based system for accessing premium features. Coins may be obtained through in-app purchases or promotional activities. All coin purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services. Unused coins will remain associated with your device (not an account) and may not be transferred to other devices or users.

All intellectual property rights in Yui, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by the App developers. The App's interface, design, features, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Yui without explicit written permission from the developers.
Yui is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developers do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall the developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use of Yui after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Yui at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
